Diet, rest and lack of exercise are the most common causes. If you're not sleeping enough, the signs of aging will increase more rapidly with time. Right now, it's dark circles around your eyes. In another five years, it will be worse. Your body needs its rest. You may need to learn to say no more often. Being good to yourself now will pay for itself many times over as the years go by.
My two best friends (one now deceased from a heart attack at age 48) always made fun of me because they said I slept too much. I'm the only one out of the three with no dark circles, no bags under my eyes and minimal wrinkling. My mom didn't take care of herself and she looked about 65 when she died (she was only 56).
