| Mmmmmmmm -- sounds great -- both of the menus! I have never had Pineapple stuffing -- is it just like regular stuffing with pineapple added?

However, I will go after work and help her prepare our feast which includes: Fresh fruit to start Turkey, Stuffing, mashed potatoes, baked sweet potatoes, fresh green beans, white corn, cranberrysauce, mushrooms, turnips, gravy and rolls. Fresh cider also. Coffee, Espresso, Tea, Apple Pie, Choc Cake, Homemade cookies, brownies and ice cream. Out the window with the diet tomorrow. |

Pineapple Stuffing..... 1/2 cup butter 1 C. Sugar 5 slices of bread (cut up in squares) white bread 4 eggs beaten 1 large can pineapple (chunks) drained Mix all Ingredients cream butter and sugar add eggs and pinapple and bread. Put into a ungreased baking pan middle rack in oven uncovered for about 45 minutes or until the top is a nice golden brown. ![]() When i first saw it I was real skeptical too but i tell ya it rocks and my hubby is really picky and HE even likes it! this is for about 89x9 pan if you are having a pretty big dinner you outta double the recipe. Great with ham! | |

| Our menu for tomorrow is: Deep-fried turkey, Buffalo Chicken Wings (for those who don't eat turkey), cornbread dressing, sweet potato casserole, peas, deviled eggs, mac & cheese, green beans, corn, cranberry sauce, pecan pie, cheesecake sampler, chocolate chip/chocolate pound cake, tea, soda, water, and coffee. Everyone will be at my house - 14 total. Now that Thanksgiving is held at my house (has been for 10 years now), I know exactly how my grandmother felt when she was cooking for 24!!!
