Pineapple Stuffing.....
1/2 cup butter
1 C. Sugar
5 slices of bread (cut up in squares) white bread
4 eggs beaten
1 large can pineapple (chunks) drained
Mix all Ingredients cream butter and sugar add eggs and pinapple and bread. Put into a ungreased baking pan middle rack in oven uncovered for about 45 minutes or until the top is a nice golden brown.
When i first saw it I was real skeptical too but i tell ya it rocks and my hubby is really picky and HE even likes it!

this is for about 89x9 pan if you are having a pretty big dinner you outta double the recipe. Great with ham!
