| I don't bake ~ so here's a side dish........ Cauliflower with roasted hazelnuts Serves 12 to 14 1 Cup coarsely chopped roasted hazelnuts. (You can get these in a bad and roast them) 2 – 3 heads Cauliflower 10 TBLS unsalted butter 2 TBL freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 TBL finely chopped chives Trim stems of cauliflower so they sit flat, keeping head intact. Steam whole head just until it becomes tender, about 10 minutes. Put on pretty platter. In a medium saucepan melt butter them add hazelnuts. Cook until butter is brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat add lemon juice and chives. Pour over top of Cauliflower. If bringing to someone’s home, just zap in the microwave before serving. This is really delicious even though it doesn’t sound like much. Enjoy…………….

| Has anyone ever made cranberry bread? I saw a recipe for it and wondered if it was good or not.

| Thanks. I bought lots of cranberries. I have enough extra to make the bread, too. I just didn't know if it would be good. I'm going to go ahead and make some.
