Awesome for you. I need to lose about 20 myself, I just have no self discipline. I'd be ok if I had someone to do it with, but since it's just me I suck at it.

Is losing weight too quickly not good? I just realized I've been losing a pound a day this week. I feel ok. It's been 2 days since I posted this thread and I've lost another 3 pounds

You go girl! The only downfall on rapid weight lose is one tends to put it back on quicker. You'll just have to watch it and exercise....

Low carbs! I have worked out 15 minutes twice this week. I'm thinking I shouldn't work out! LOL How nice is that?
