| If you knew your skin would turn out the way it does.. wether good or bad what decisions would have changed I'm starting to realize that I should probablly start trying to make my skin not age quickly, while I'm still young. So what tips do you have for that? I heard that you should start using firming face lotion even if your young. Is this true? thanks! |

| Two of the worst things for your skin are tanning and smoking. Eat right, drink lots of water, use lotion with sunblock and try to get enough sleep. All of these things help you stay looking young. I don't always eat right but I do the rest and it does make a difference. I was lucky also -- I never liked lying out in the sun. Even as a little kid I would lie under my towel on the beach. There's a huge difference between my skin and the people that used to bake under the sun. Even they comment on it and now wish they hadn't tanned so much. They also tease me about how pale I am but I'd rather be pale than wrinkled.

| I would have never smoked. I smoked for years and I have that to thank for those little wrinkle lines around my mouth. When I quit I gained a ton of weight -- so now I am fat and wrinkled But I smell good again!

| I would have definetely put more sunbock in my face when tanning (because of course I could not have stayed away completely) and would have began a skin care regimen much earlier. But I guess its never too late to start. I do it now of course...

| My grandmother is 76 years old and she has such fantastic skin. (I attached a 2 pictures of her.) When people see us together, they always think she is my mother. She said she used to bake herself in the sun until she was "as black as an ace of spades." I asked her what her secrets were for having such fantastic skin considering she baked herself all those years. She said drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep, use sunscreen on your face everyday, wash your face every single night before bed whether you have makeup on or not, and use lotion on your face every night. |

| Oh yes, and my grandmother has never smoked. When she met my grandfather, he was a smoker. She told him she would not date him unless he quit smoking. Obviously, he did. |

| I sell Arbonne & we have a great anti-aging line. I use it myself and I'm 28. Here are some pictures that show a before/after of what it can do pictures, the lady only used it on one side of her face. It's a great product. If you want a sample, PM me & I'll send you one! It goes to show that you're never too old to take care of your skin!

| Tanning is by far one of the worse things you can do to your skin. You will regret it in future years for sure. I have friends barely 50 who look atleast 70 in the face, no kidding. Some had face lifts and say they will never lay in the sun again or go to taniing booths. I sunbathed some but didn't over do it. Don't worship the sun. Quote:
