Two of the worst things for your skin are tanning and smoking.
Eat right, drink lots of water, use lotion with sunblock and try to get enough sleep.
All of these things help you stay looking young.
I don't always eat right but I do the rest and it does make a difference.
I was lucky also -- I never liked lying out in the sun. Even as a little kid I would lie under my towel on the beach. There's a huge difference between my skin and the people that used to bake under the sun. Even they comment on it and now wish they hadn't tanned so much. They also tease me about how pale I am but I'd rather be pale than wrinkled.
