| I Need Gift Ideas...HElp PLEASE I'm having a really hard time deciding what I should get for my boyfriend's mom and dad for Christmas. His mom is around 50 and his dad just a few years older. I was thinking of getting his mom the two piece Wusthof knife set. For the moms, please be honest, would you like that? And for his dad...I really don't know. He is a Steelers fan but already has every piece of Steelers collectibles that I can think of. Please help!!

| I always get my parents gift certificates to their favorite restaurants or for a massage, favorite book store, etc.. Last year we found a box of movie reels that haden't been watched in over 35 years..and had them transferred onto a DVD...my mom cried all day..happy tears...they got to see family that passed away YEARS ago...friends, weddings, trips, my brother and I growing up...all on DVD now!! I cant top that this year though..so back to gift certificates lol Dawn |

| for my grandmother I'm organizing for a family portrait of all the grandchildren it's really hard to get us all together, partly because of the age difference really but hopefully I can get it done! they might enjoy a family portrait? depends on how close you are to the family I think the mom would love like a manicure pedicure type thing, or a massage and for the Dad I have no clue, don't they sell like dvds of seasons of football or anything? idk if they do but that might be nice? any other tv shows he really likes would be good on a dvd set. ps, this is my five hundred and fifty fifth post, have I ever mentioned that my absolute favourite number is 5? lol |

| For the hard to buy for, I love to give gift certificates. You might want to think along the lines of a couple rather than two individuals - maybe a certificate for dinner and a movie....

| I like the gift certificate to a nice restaurant idea....I was also going to suggest that....when you have to but for someone and not sure what, that seems like the best way to go, since you know that it will be something enjoyed |

| My bf's mom is a wine drinker. One year we signed her up for a wine of the month club. The company sent her one bottle of really good wine per month. Other years I have gotten her jewelry (necklace, earrings, or bracelets). My bf's dad is into outdoor sports - fishing, shooting, etc so I've gotten him a few gift certificates to an outdoor sporting good store. Good luck! I'm going through the same thing as well.

| I'm around 50 and I always tell my boys they can't go wrong if they get me something that smells good -- candles, scented lamps, potpourri, perfumes, scented wax heaters, body sprays, etc..... I really enjoyed a massage gift certificate they gave me last year too, as well as a yorkie windchime. My DH loves books -- especially history. Sports fans can always use more team gear -- check here: http://news.steelers.com/catalog/Novelties/

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I am 54 and my christmas list is A yorkie 1 year or older, Gift certificates to my favorite restaurant and gift certificates for manicures and pedicures. When you get to my age you pretty much have what you want and I like gifts that pamper me a little.
