Need Recipe with ground beef!

You could make Kidney Bean Stew! We love it; it’s a great comfort food when it’s cold out. It’s real simple too and requires hardly any effort, so I tend to make it after a long day at work.

Throw all this together and let it stew for a bit:

1lb browned ground beef
1 onion
2 cans kidney beans
2 large cans of whole stewed tomatoes

I just brown ground beef - add salt and pepper - then enough flour to make gravy (think it is one tablespoon per cup of liquid) and then enough milk to make the gravy. So you essentially have hamburger gravy (instead of sausage gravy) and I serve it over biscuits.

I buy the frozen biscuits so that I can cook only 2-3 at a time - since I CANNOT eat this meal - it is waaaaay too calorie laden for me.

Ok....so you say it nicer than I did....SOS......will try biscuits instead of mashed potatoes next time....LOL

The dorito beef casserole sounded good so I looked it up.
2lb ground beef
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1can milk (soup can)
1 can ro-tel
taco seasoning
1 lg bag doritos
Brown ground beef,drain. Add a little salt, taco seasoningsand about 1/2 cup water. simmer

Mix all soups and milk with rot-tel in blender. crush chips
Pour 1 1/2 cups soup mixture into long casserole add 1/2 chips. Spread evenly. Spoon beef mixture over this then the rest of the chips then the rest of the soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheese
