| No rice! LOL, my boyfriend is Philipino, so we eat a lot of rice! What about soups? Or steak, ribs, hamburger, chilli, anything in the crock pot. Try foodnetwork.com

| I have an easy oven-fried chicken that my family really likes: 1 Tblspn Olive Oil 2/3 cup Bisquick 1 1/2 tsp Paprika 1 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lbs chicken cut up (I use boneless skinless chicken breasts( Heat olive oil in flat pan at 425. In large baggie combine all other ingredients, except chicken and shake it all up. Clean chicken and put in bag one piece at a time. Shake bag to coat chicken and place in the heated pan. Cook 20 -30 minutes on each side (it depends on the chicken you use on how long) I use a tad more paprika, we like it a little spicier tasting... I love this, it is sooo easy!!

OK - no rice at all is not kinda picky. Try a guy who doesn't like spices other than seasoning salt, no condiments/gravy/sauces of ANY kind, no casseroles, nothing red (including everything made with tomatoes, tomato sauce/paste/ketchup), only Kraft mac&cheese - the box kind, only chicken noodle soup and only a select few vegetables!!! It's cold and rainy here, so I'm in the mood for some good chili!!
