Sounds like the post about Jeff Dane. Where does one keep 400 dogs.

They could stop it all if they banned selling to pet stores and brokers.

It's so good to read about a puppy mill being shut down. You always here "what can we do" and in this case something has been done! I hope the surviving pups will be able to go on with happy lives!
