Has anyone tried Shirataki noodles yet?? WOW these things just may get me through this low carb diet!!!!!!!!! They are SOOOOO filling, and have next to nothing in them as far as calories, fat and carbs. I made spaghetti out of them and I am so satisfied right now. I'm very excited to have found these noodles!

Hubby loved them, we were in heaven. Of course that is after 2 weeks of very little carbs. I saw these in a magazine in the grocery store and read about all the success these ladies were having eating these with any diet they were on. We found them to be filling and quite satisfying. THey have 20 calories per serving! 0.5 fat grams and 1 carb!!!!!!!!!!! You can't beat that! I found them at the Co-Op, our local health food grocery store. Trader Joe's might have them. I think they would be in any organic or health food store. They were only a $1 per package! They are in the refrigerated part of the store in the tofu type foods section.

Do a google search to find more info, I see that they are actually quite popular and many people are using them in their diet plans.

It keeps your hands busy. Or knitting. I have lost 8 pounds the last couple of weeks since I have been sewing. So thank you to all the have supported me in my new "little" business. Waggie Wonders.

Hey Jodi can you eat fruits yet...If you can go get you some frozen fruit mix and put it in your blender and add some oj or lemonaid sugar free and blend it....its great...

Oh by the way how are your babies...

LOL I'm quite sure that sitting on my rear in front of my sewing machine and downing a pot of coffee all day these last two years (and doing little else) is what made me so fat.

I needed to atleast get on my exercise machine and eat a healthy meal before starting my day of sewing, which I will do from now on hopefully.

That sounds so yummy! I plan on staying on low carb until christmas. I have a lot of weight to lose.

I'm so glad you like it! Not sure which dress it was but pink always looks so pretty on a malt
