Hubby loved them, we were in heaven. Of course that is after 2 weeks of very little carbs. I saw these in a magazine in the grocery store and read about all the success these ladies were having eating these with any diet they were on. We found them to be filling and quite satisfying. THey have 20 calories per serving! 0.5 fat grams and 1 carb!!!!!!!!!!! You can't beat that! I found them at the Co-Op, our local health food grocery store. Trader Joe's might have them. I think they would be in any organic or health food store. They were only a $1 per package! They are in the refrigerated part of the store in the tofu type foods section.

Do a google search to find more info, I see that they are actually quite popular and many people are using them in their diet plans.
