We put ours up the day after Thanksgiving. Take down the next day or two after Christmas. We go all out. Lots of lights outside too. I just love Christmas.

I have a gift shop and I sure wish we could wait to get the Christmas things out but you would be surprised how many people have already started their Christmas shopping and complain because we dont have this or that out yet. (For example, I have had several in already looking for boxed Christmas cards!) Sometimes it seems like we just get it all put away when its time to get it out again already!

right after Thanksgiving...usually that Friday since I always take the friday after thanksgiving off. And no I don't go shopping on black Friday...isn't that what they call it?

I usually put mine up the week of Thanksgiving to have them up and ready for the 1st week of December.

I put up 2 trees and both are very big. So I spend a good 3 -5 days decorating each tree! Then to decorate the rest of the house! I take all my regular decor down and put up all Holiday stuff! It takes me awhile to do all that. It takes me a long time to get it all together and put up and looking good!

This year I may start right after Halloween, because I am having family come in for the 1st week of December. And we will be having a huge family gathering! And of course its at my house. So I have to be ready by December 2!!!!

SO give me a good month to get everything ready!!!! I am haivng the party at my house this year, so I need to be ready!!!!

The Holidays come and go sooo quickly, you should put up your Holiday stuff whenever you feel you are ready for it! And if that means before Turkey day, then go for it! If not, wait! If people get mad that its up before they feel it should be up, well, too bad. I tell them to not look at my house then! HAHAHAH! Its the Holidays! And its a time to be happy! And my trees and my holiday decore makes me happy!!!! I love looking at it! I would keep it up all year round if I could! LMAO!

That's exactly how I feel about it. I am still debating if I am going to put my stuff up mid November.

I am going to Disney the week before Christmas so I am afraid if I put up the Christmas stuff to soon, I'll get sick of it before I even leave for Florida (Which is the entire purpose of going there.. for the Disney Christmas stuff).

Plus I love having pumpkins and gourds around. DECISIONS DECISIONS.
