| Boy, that was stupid I was washing my face & it brought back an incident that happened many years ago... I was using an astringent on my face & was half way done when I thought, "Man, that sure feels tight!" I looked at the bottle & it was nail polish remover. My MIL told me a friend used her restroom & when she came out there was a familiar smell. My MIL asked the friend ,"What's that smell?" the friend says,"Oh, I used your deodorant.". MIL cracked up, she told her that was air freshener she put on her pits... Has anyone else had a funny mistake? |

| Mine also involved nail polish remover but could have been awfully dangerous. I grabbed up a bottle and thought it was mouthwash, as soon as I tasted it, I spit it out and repeatedly washed my mouth out with water. Needless, to say, I lived over it but sure scared myself to death. |

| I can relate! LOL Twice I have sprayed my hair with eye glass cleaner, thinking it was my infusium bottle. I also once cleaned my contacts with infusium. I'm sure I've had more incidents, but just can't think of them right now!

| I grabbed a bottle of furniture polish and sprayed all over my head thinking it was my hairspray. |

| When my grandma came to visit from Romania, she thought that our spray perfume was toothpaste. She had some sweet smelling breath!

| These are so funny! I needed that tonight! When I was younger, I was at a friends house and I went to use some of her spray deodrant....only later to realize (with sticky arm pits) that it was hairspray! I have also gotten something out of the refrigerator (one time with milk, one time with jam) and instead of putting it back in the refrigerator, I put it in the cabinet...luckily, both times, I had thought about it before I walked out of the kitchen.......duh...don't know what I was thinking! Oh, my most stupid moment.....I was working a high school football game in the concession stand......someone came up to buy a cup of hot cocoa (50 cents) and gave me $10 for it......I had to think for the longest time what change to give back..........how easy was that to figure out??? That was the only time that has ever happened, but I just think it was because I was so busy! Gotta love those stupid moments!

| hahaa This has to be one of the dumbest things i've ever done... So last summer I was following my boyfriend back to his house in my mom's car. Like a dumba$$ I went to adjust the seat as we were coming up to a stop sign at the bottom of a hill. Well, it was one of those lift and slide seat adjusters (you all know what I am talking about) and as i pushed down on the brake pad my seat slid forward so fast that I bashed my face on the stearing wheel!!! I felt like a dumb ass and there was blood everywhere...I reached for my bottle of water to help wash down the blood. Well earlier that day my boyfriend and i decided that we were going to barbeque at his house, but we didn't have any starter fluid so we went back to my house to get some, but we didn't have any safe plastic containers that we could transport it in so I grabbed the first thing I saw and tossed it into my car... thats right I filled my Aquafina bottle with charcol starter and took a huge swig after bashing my face on the stearing wheel. |

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | Once when I was in the shower I grabbed a bottle, that I thought was a conditioner bottle. After I got out of the shower my hair was so oily feeling. I rinsed my hair out about 10 times. after I finally got it all out, I realized I had actually grabbed the skin loation bottle.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | OMG you brought back memories - that was funny !! Scary...but funny. When I was a teenager I brushed my teeth accidentally with Desitin (DiaperRash Cream) and OMG - the second it hit my teeth I knew I was in trouble - that stuff was HARD to wash out... and a few years ago after a night out - I mistook superglue for my eyedrops....lucky for me I shut my eye the minute it hit - but what a close call that was... |

| I just got up to read these, these are so darn funny!!! I know someone who used comet on their teeth to see if it would whiten them. It didn't work The car post by Tonyismybabyboy brought back a memory about a car. I went to a car wash & was going to vac. my car, I put the money in the machine, grabbed the big hose & started to run it acoss the carpet. I noticed A LOT of dust & dirt blowing around inside the car. I put the hose toward my face to check the suction & my hair blew back. I thought WTH, it was then I noticed it was a blower to blow the water off your car. I looked up & a man was watching so I slinked into my car & drove off in total embarassment w/ the machine still running. |
