UMMMMMMMM CHA CHING You aren't whistling dixie there. WE found a drop dead georgeous dress for $425 dollars...UMMM NOT I had to make her take it off and get the REASONABLE one It was really weird because when she had it on ... she came out and I SWEAR. all heads in the store were turning and pople were STARING saying how beautiful she was. She looked like she should have been walking down the red carpet at the Oscars or something . It was really hard having to watch her get the cheapy dress after that. I felt like such a loser for a Mom No way I am letting her get her hair done at the shop. They charge 45 dollars just to put it in an UPDO.

| I know what you mean about the dress. Last year my oldest one wanted this $250 one that was gorgeous and she looked so beautiful in it. I just couldn't swing it. She was so hurt but she tried so hard to not let me know. I felt like such a loser for not being able to get it for her.

" soft sculpting gel" ... put it in her hair and comb it with wide tooth comb...then difuzze it with a hair dryer with difuzzer attachment... keep scrunching her hair while drying it, with a motion that reminds me with squizeeng a sponge.... dry her hair 100% and make sure that the hair is soft not crunchee. then you can pin her hair up in loose waves with bobbi pins, or for more volume you can tease her crown area and put it in high pony tail ( this will be your base to work off)... <only the small circle on top off her head should be teased>... then pin up the reminded hair to the teased base with bobbi pins in loose and messy maner... plus that the most popular updos this season are "the messier, the better"... make sure that while you tease the base of her hair, you don't comb thru the ends in order to not loose the curl you got... but if you loose any of the curl You can always go back ,after you already put it in pony tail, and touch it up with curling iron... Good luck with it!!! if you need some more help, let me know. It'll be easier to help you if at least I saw pictures of her hair. But I'm sure that You'll be OK. JUst dont rush , and don't try to be too perfect with it... It works every time...

| I have had quite a few up-do's in my day and for the most part the stylist just puts my hair in a very high pony tail, curls sections with a hot iron and takes small sections of curled pieces and pins all over top of my head with hair pins (not bobby pins). Pull some wispy pieces down around the face or one piece going to the side depending on her part and there you go! Spray the sections before you curl then spray again after pinning in place. Good luck! |

| Here's a pic of one that was done exactly like I posted above...(on the far left) The piece hanging at my forehead really got on my nerves that evening so I "twisted" it back and put in a hair pin in the front too. |
