i need a cigarette real bad... im having withdrawals.. HELP ME!!!! im going nuts.. trying once again to quit,, havent had one all day ..... me and my b/f are gonna try again to do this together... he can do it, but not so sure about me. i havent moved from this seat here at work,,usually im outside around 4 or 5 times a day puffing away... now i have to sit tight and not move. so c'mon everyone as long as i have to sit here, lets laugh or something to keep my mind occupied .ppppllease... |
Well...you could try to do something during the times you used to smoke - are you wearing a patch or anything ? It's really REALLY hard to quit and good luck !! We can talk about Cute Guys if you want ? (boyfriends NOT included) :D So.......Who would be your DREAM MAN ? (or Dream-girl ...if you're so inclined):p |
2 Attachment(s) Does this help at all? The first pic is of a smokers lungs. The second pic is of healthy lungs. I know it's been said time and time agian, but smoking is the single worst thing you can do to your body!!!!!! Your lungs will regenerate themselves and be healthy again, but you need to stop smoking and give them time to repair themselves before it is too late!!!!! (Hope you don't mind me preaching to you. BUT you asked for encouragement to not smoke! So, I'm giving it to ya :D ) |
