Hey why not ask your boyfriend to take you out to eat and to a movie. You can't smoke at either of those places so you ought to be okay. You really don't need to put yourself in a situation, where you are going to be more tempted. Good luck.:bravo: :2popkorn: :roses: :goodluck:

What an EXCELLENT idea!!!!!!!!!!! Or, if you want to be with Lexi tonight, why don't yall go for a picnic in the park or something like that? You do really need to get out of the house and get your mind off of those DANG cigarettes! Don't let those things rule your life!

Just remember....that is just the cigarettes talking....and cigarettes ARE NOT your friend! So of course they are going to be mean! :mad:

Lexi i hear ya girl i have quit 2 time both when i was pregnant (stupid me) I started again! But i'm addicted to the puff the putting to my lips thing but i heard they have these prtend cigs that help you quit like the patch and they are really cool mabey ask your doctor or check where they sell the patches and try them? (my mom likes sunflower seeds and big red gum no fat and fun) Also i always find it easier not to smoke right after i brush my teeth mabey brushing you teeth a everytime you have a craving help LOL

Definitly the drinking will do it!! Me and the fiance quit for 1 WHOLE month (we didnt drink either) and then one day we had a beer after work and that was the end of that!! You should talk to your doctor, they can prescribe wellbutrin witch is also used as an anti deppresant and a quit-smoking tool....it seemed to help me but as soon as I was off it I started ago....It just sucks having to fight this never ending battle..keep up the good work
