| Furbaby in your Wedding? Stories Wanted! I have a neighbor who just got engaged! They are wanting to include their 5 month old cocker spaniel girl (she will be full grown by the time of the wedding) in the wedding ceremony and we were talking about how Zoe can be a very important part of their special day. If you have a Furbaby in wedding story please share! I'll print them all out and give it to the happy couple so they can start planning on training Zoe for her very "special" part in their happy day! Thanks! PS: Zoe is a girl. Black with white blaze on her chest & one white paw. She is petitte and beautiful!

| I have made several "bride's maids" dresses for pooches. They have been for the smaller breeds. The maid of honor walked down the aisle holding the pooch in one and in another one was carried by the best man and in another case by the mother of the bride. For a larger dog, I think having them prance down the aisle attached to a fancy leash with the one of the bride's maids or best man would be very nice too. |

| As many of you Yt'ers know, I got engaged on the 4th of July. We have set the date for April 14, 2007. I really want Lola in the wedding. My groom, not so much. He is worried about the logistics of who will care for her. I'm not to concerned with that. I am already looking for a little wedding dress for her. Hopefully, Shana from Tinkerbell's Closet will help with that. Lola was part of our engagement, will be on our "Save the Dates," and will be in our wedding in some capacity. I promise to post pics when it happens.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | My son had his 2 weiner boys in his wedding.....They each wore little Bow Ties. They were the first to walk down the "aisle" and proceeded to stay during the actual ceremony ....it was just too cute - one of them stayed under a bridesmaids dress and kept peeking out at everyone.....it was great for me cause I was crying cause my baby was getting married.....and smiling when he would pop out from under the dress... |

| My cousin had her black pug in the wedding. Camus wore a wedding dress complete with veil - it was quite tacky, but in a good way - LOL! The wedding was in a Catholic Church, so Camus had to wait in the lobby with the organist's husband (he volunteered) during the ceremony. I guess the priests thought that Jesus wouldn't have liked a dog in his house? Who knows!

I think you have to have him in your wedding! I had no dogs when I got married but if I did they would ALL be in my wedding.

| I think that it would be cute to have a yorkie, in a black suit and tie, go down the isle with the ring bearer with the wedding rings tied on the back. I don't think that my daughter would go for it though.

| I doubt I'll ever get to get married, but if I do, Sadie will DEFINITELY be in the wedding, no matter what anyone else wants/thinks. I would love that! And as for some churches not wanting dogs there....well I'd have to find one that would let me!

| I didn't have Tilly at the time I got married but moms dog Baby wanted to be in the wedding. Everytime I would put my veil on she would want under it. We ended up having to make her a little veil of her own. She refused to take it off! I wanted Baby in the wedding but nobody else thought it was a great idea. She does get excited easily and then she goes into a barking fit. Here is a picture of me with Baby under my veil.

| Back when I was planning on getting married, I always knew that my merlot would be apart of it. I was planning to have the flower girl pull a wooden wagon down the aisle with Merlot in it sitting on a nice satin pillow and wearing a bow tie. I thought that would be the cutest!! |
