I think I have personally owned EVERY FREAKIN EXERCISE MACHINE there is. I have treadmills and recumbant bike and health rider and all these other things to NUMEROUS to mention. I kept it right in the livingroom and used to sit on it and watch TV and it didn't feel like work AT ALL. My backside got so trimme and toned my pants kept falling down and it looked like i had a 20 year old body(I'm more then double that) from using that thing. It kinda works on somewhat the same pricinpal as the ab lounger but MORE. and smaller and doesn't take up as much room. It uses a band systen with is VERY easy to use ... right while you are still sitting there.

UHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Now if only I could make myself use all this freakin equipment again

Thank you !! I got to go check that out - I just realized I probably can't use ANY machine that we have to raise our arms for because I tore my shoulder tossing freaking TOADS over my fence and it's BAD.

I have 2 horses, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 husband, and 7 acres. There is always something to do. Keeping up with all that keeps me in shape.

I hate exercising, I find it very boring, but I don't mind hard work. I'd rather be out building fence than walking a treadmil.

Ok I am all about anything that works where I can be lazy.. And THIS is that machine

I used to actually sit there working it while watching TV and eating peanuts

By the way V NO ARM ACTION involved at ALL. I am SO not into anything where I have to used my arms.

Thank you Jeanne !! I did look and it's not offered anymore on the main site - but that looks pretty cool - I'll have to check out my local stores - the shipping cost as much as the machine - I bet Target or someone carries something like this....

and LOL Sherry - I doubt they told you to eat peanuts while you rocked your butt away -

only you girlfriend !!!!

It's the ROCKER one.. the roller one is $#!# and you actually have to WORK . The rocker one is AWESOME and you can actually almost feel LAZY using it

Sears just started carrying a WHOLE bunch of body by Jake things just recently.

And V I wouldn't care if the shipping was AS MUCH as the actual machine. I would definately buy it again if I didn't already have one. I would be scouring the internet just to get that EXACT one and nothing different because i SAW for myself what it did. I SWEAR my pants started off SO TIGHT they were cutting off circulation EVERYWHERE and making me have to lie down , it was MIghty UGLY .AFTER using this thing for a couple months (religiously in front of the TV) My pants would actually FALL DOWN when I walked. My husband kept saying i was NUTS walking around holding my pants up.. but I LIKED feeling like I HAD to hold my pants up

The Target is a Roller one - I just went to Targets site and typed in Bun and Thigh Rocker and it pulled up the Roller kind. So is That one a waste of $$ ?

the other one is sold online and I'm on a strict budget - but I do like "Lazy" exercising - I'm not into killing myself these days and I don't want to have to STRAIN LOL

I love my eliptical when I make myself use it.

It doesn't feel like as much work as the treadmill.

Coming from a fitness professional, the best exercise machine is the one you are actually going to use!!

Hands down the best pieces of fitness equipment are the pilates studio equipment. However, don't waste your money on the infommercial kinds. And, its pointless to purchase a piece of studio equipment cause if you don't know what you're doing, that won't work either!!!! So, I guess I'm really no help unless you want to come to my house and I'll give you a private session on the Reformer or Wunda Chair!!
