New Jersey just passed that law and I'm so glad that they did!

I think the whole "Smoking/Non-Smoking section" thing was a bunch of BS. there wasn't even a wall to seperate the sections.

I grew up inhaling second hand smoke. My dad is now 53, and he's been smoking since he was 18. I'm allergic to smoke, and he'll never smoke around me because he knows it'll make me sick. He tried the gum and even pills from the doctor! It's a hard habit to kick! Thank god I never started smoking cigs.

Hey after work i like to get a beer and smoke my cigarettes, and if there is a place that is a non smoking. I take my hard earned money somewhere else.
I tried to quit before and will never try again i was the most miserable person to be around.

First I smoke have for many years BUT if 'm around someone who doesn't I go outside or in my car. when someone at my house I still go out to smoke.
1.People who judge me
2.people who think thier better then me
3.people thinks I have it made
4. who thinks I'm rich
5.lazy people
6.talks about my family
7.people who doesn't care for there children
8.schools
9. doesn't take care of their animals
These are a few I have a long list.

I dont smoke but Jeff does. I think it is wrong that ppl cannot smoke where they want. I mean i understand certain sections but completely forbidding smoking in anywhere is wrong. Thats takes away the smokers rights. The bad thing is the owners of these non smoking establishments smoke in their office. I know of two owners here of resteraunts that do that. If they can smoke so should everybody else!! Jeff dont mind but its the point of things

they can smoke places. Outside. It's my personal opinion that if they want to destroy their health that's their problem, but they shouldn't be jeprodizing other peoples' health too.

well i see you r opinion but really non smoking people can stay out of resteraunts that allow smoking too. It's a two way street!

I really really really hate PEOPLE WHO PUSH ON THE TRAIN!!! I just want to slap them silly!! I mean it's not like you have to wait 10 years for another train to come!! The trains come ever 3 minutes!! Geeeez!!

Sorry, but I work in Manhattan and I take the train every day! It just drives me NUTS!!!

Oh me too!! My mom won't drive in the city, and my dad won't go, so we always take the train. I feel like I'm going to get trampled sometimes!

People who are willing to get off their behind to search the entire room for the TV remote because they refuse to walk to the TV and change the channel manually. (I am a victim of this, but its a whole different story in my room - I think my remote got eaten by something!)

When people say "It's always in the last place you look". Of course it is. Why would you keep looking after you've found it? Do people do this? Who and where are they?

When people say, while watching a movie "Did you see that?" No idiot, I paid $9.00 to come to the theatre and stare at the frigging ceiling up there. What did you come here for?

When something is "new and improved", which is it? If it's new, then there has never been anything before it. If it's an improvement, then there must have been something before it.

When a cop pulls you over and then asks if you know how fast you were going? You should know, you pulled me over.

When people ask "Can I BORROW a piece of paper?" Sure, but will you give it back?!

When you are waiting for the bus and someone ask you "Did the bus come yet?" If the bus came I would not be standing here!
