I have a pair of dice on my right shoulder blade and it didn't hurt. Now the one on my stomach hurt like a bi**h!!!! It's a lizzard with it's tounge going to my belly button where I have a charm of a butterfly hanging off my belly ring. That was THE most painful thing I have ever been through. And now I'm going to have to get it removed b/c I want to have kids in the next year or so and I don't want my lizzard turning into a Dinosour.....LOL

And no the skin does not get numb and It is very addicting. My mom kicked me out of the house when I got my second one and told me she would disown me if I got a third. Otherwise I would probly have got them all over...LOL
