Donating YT 7000 Club Member | I love him to death but it freaks me out..... I always dog sit the neighbor's dog, Emo. I just go over and check on him every little while and of course I stop and play with him for a half an hour or so. anyway, I'm watching him this weekend. every time I watch him I notice that he barks/stares at NOTHING. at least...nothing I can see. I was just over there before sitting on the couch and he was just sitting there staring at the wall. I ignored it because he's kind of strange (lol) but then he got up and started barking at it. just this ONE spot. It freaks me out because I think that dogs have a sixth sense type thing..and they can see things that we can't.

| Dogs have an incredible sense of hearing and smell. If he is barking at a specific spot in the wall, I would listen to him and check it out. Who knows, maybe a former resident of the house buried something (or someone) in the wall. LOL All kidding aside, there is a reason that Elmo is fixating on the wall, I would be just way to curious not investigate. |

| I think Emo is looking for the missing L in his name and the Cookie Monster and those cookies. I would be too. Maybe he is neurotic- does he have a nervous twitch? No just kidding, but it is easy to scare yourself. Hope everything is ok. |

| Some dogs are just a little loony. But he could be having small seizures. I've heard that's what a dog does, just kinda stares in his own little world for a minute then comes out of it...

| I've seen that on an episode of Animal Planet or something. The dog would "air bark" a lot. I think it was some form of doggy Turettes. Either that or he's so bored that he has make believe friends.
