make sure it is fragrance free: slathering on mild soap and water can be less irritating than gels on the sensitive armpit area. After rinsing, skip the lotion but put on a pat of baby powder or cornstarch. Wait awhile before doing deodorant.

Shave "down-there" hair wherever it's exposed when you wear a swimsuit. Put fragrance-free cream, gel or lotion only on those sections. Use careful strokes, then rinse well. No post-shave lotions or potions (except maybe aloe vera) on this portion of your bod, please!

I use a shaving lotion called "Coochie" (you can get it at "adult" stores and online) and then unscented deodorant after. I used to get razor burn SOOOO bad until I started doing this...

ok i heard it again with the uncented deoderant.. it didnt really work for me..
just that one day.as soon as the hair came in, so did the bumps

honestly, the hair doesn't even look like a forest when it grows back lol.. that sounds wrong! but i go every month.. and the hairs are so fine and like barely there, but it's amazing.. so far i've gotten 4 of my gf's to switch from shaving to waxing and they love it..

i just haven't been able to go cause i've been in and out of the hospital this month.. and just got home yesterday so thank god! lol.. but i'm on bedrest, so no waxing for me for a while lol ew

Oh no I hope all is ok with you and the baby <hugs> to you. It's true, the hair hardly grows back and you get a bunch of bald spots, so as it's growing back, it hardly shows, it's not all curly and thick, In fact I have been giving myself a brazilian for over 6 years now (It helps to be flexible like Gumbi..lol)

thank you Nobella We just found out the baby was smaller than normal and her heart is overworking so they had me in the hospital, so i got to go home, but june 7th i find out if i'm going to deliver her or wait till full term (im due august 1st).

but yea omg i wish i could do my own brazilian wax! too bad i've got a HUGE belly LOL

I heard (b/c I used to work in a Go-Go bar...AS A BARTENDER seriously) that you use deoderant down there on your bikini line. The one that's clear green...I think it's Gilette. Not sure.
