She even could of got pregnant in July. So many of these Hollywood stars hide their due dates so that they can have an early C-section without the public getting upset. Having the baby a month early reduces the amount of weight gain and the change of getting or the severity of stretch marks (they also get a tummy tuck during the C-section).

Unfortunately this is true! I don't know why they are going against what nature intended. But this is exactly what Britney spears did. A reputable doctor WOULD NOT put the baby's life in jeopardy and induce a baby early just for those reasons. IMO if god wanted us to have babies at 8 months, then we would only be pregnant for 8 months! Those babies are technically 2 weeks premature then if they are having them 1 month before their due date. 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your due date is the ideal time to have the baby. It just makes me sick how some moms can put their own looks over their baby's weight. Sorry if that offends anyone.

This isn't any of my business, but Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pit annouced they were divorcing January 05...She isn't an elephant and can only carry a baby for 9 months at the longest...So he did not get her pregnant while he was still with Jennifer Aniston.

Now, yes I am a HUGE fan of Angelina Jolie, she is one heck of an actress( has a few golden globes, and an oscar to prove it) and she goes above and beyond for the underprivilaged citizens of other countries. All Jennifer Aniston has done is say oh poor me, look at me, I can act, and my husband left me....WAAAA go see my movie.... A little Shallow if you ask me...hummmm..now I wonder where that baby girl got her name from really(joke)

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston announced their breakup months ago. Now the courts are chiming in.

A private judge has signed off on divorce papers, dissolving the marriage of the former golden couple.

"Judgment of dissolution is entered," the brief document reads. "Marital or domestic partnership status is terminated and the parties are restored to the status of single persons."

The paperwork was signed by Pitt, Aniston and their lawyers and approved by retired Judge Jill S. Robbins. The couple went to Robbins to help keep the proceedings private. The judgment was entered Friday and becomes final Oct. 2--exactly six months after Aniston filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court. Neither actor can remarry before that date.

Neither Pitt, 41, nor Aniston, 36, sought alimony and their sole remaining shared asset--the renovated Beverly Hills mansion they once called home--is already on the market.

In June, Pitt assumed sole control of the production company Plan B, originally formed in 2002 by the then happy couple and manager Brad Grey, who has since become studio boss at Paramount and relinquished his share. Aniston will no longer be a principal in the company, but plans to stay on board for projects developed before the split.

Pitt and Aniston first hooked up in the spring of 1998 and instantly became one of Tinseltown's premiere power couples. They married two years later in a lavish, star-studded ceremony in Malibu attended by 200 of their closest pals, including Courteney Cox and hubby David Arquette, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, David Schwimmer, Cameron Diaz, Edward Norton and Salma Hayek. It was the first marriage for both.

The divorce judgment comes three weeks after the publication of Aniston's interview with Vanity Fair, her first since she and Pitt split in January.

The Emmy-winning former Friend waxed philosophical on the end of her marriage, rumored costar dalliances (Pitt with Mr. & Mrs. Smith partner Angelina Jolie and Aniston with The Break Up's Vince Vaughn), career versus kids (both, thank you) and her "shock" over tabloid photos showing Pitt and Jolie traipsing across African beaches and the English countryside.

"He makes his choices," Aniston told the magazine. "He can do--whatever. We're [about to be] divorced and you can see why."

For his part, Pitt has long denied reports of a romance with Jolie, claiming instead that they are just very good friends, who happen to vacation together. (Pitt also accompanied Jolie on her trip to Ethiopia to adopt new daughter Zahara.)

With their divorce a done deal, both actors can focus on their work. Aniston has been filming nonstop since her split, most recently on The Break Up, with three more films in the works, including the just announced drama Wanted with Meryl Streep.

Pitt, meanwhile, appeared in a Primetime Live special to increase awareness on Africa's AIDS epidemic and has helped to spearhead the antipoverty One Campaign. His next film, the drama Babel opposite Cate Blanchett, is due out next year.

I guess you misunderstood me. I meant "still with Jen" as in still married to her. Even though they were seperated they were still married in August when he got Angelina pregnant. IMO that still isn't right to do because they were still married. I have told my husband in the past that in the event we didn't work out I would never even date a person until the divorce was final. To me it's just a matter of still caring about the person's feelings and respecting the marriage you had.

The average person who Flips Hamburgers at McDonalds works harder than they do - (and yes - I lived in Studio City for 6 months with a working actor - Hill Street Blues) so I can say this first hand lol ...I visited the Sets all the time - acting is easy and they're WAY overpaid

I feel so sorry for them that a Baby is such a hot commodity and the country is going CRAZY over the birth - can you imagine that poor kid in school ?

I guess that's the difference...because it was a done deal to me when it was filed..to each is own. I know for me I wouldn't have done it, but this is my life and that is there's...everybody do thing's different. She was seeing Vince at the time also...SHE filed for divorce!!

Yes, this is true that different people have different morals and opinions about marriage. This helps us decide what kind of people the celebrities that we really don't know are and see past the personas they present. But I think just because a person files for divorce doesn't necessarily mean that they are the bad person in the relationship maybe she just wanted to beat him to it. Plus there isn't any real "proof" that she was seeing Vince while they were married. The proof that "friends" Angelina and Brad were seeing each other when while he was married is named Shiloh.
But I guess it's over now. I just hope that in the event things don't work out with Angelina he is more respectful to her feelings than he was with Jen.

I guess this is the reason why I by pass the rag sheets at the checkout line. Just because they are celebrities doesn't mean that we should have a say about their life. I don't get it...We all live the lives we live. I can't live my life for nobody but me, just like they can't live their lives for nobody but them, regardless of what "WE" the public thinks. They were, and are the only ones who KNOW the whole story, both sides...Jennifer Aniston said herself that Angelina wasn't the cause of the SEPERATION, AND DIVORCE!! I could care less who or what was the cause...I hate that the birth of a precious little girl brought this thread to this...The point is the "marriage" was over when she got pregnant...they were living two seperate lives...

I don't agree that a name is a name. A name should mean something to the parents, and/or they should both agree. An african/Spanish/Indian/etc. name wouldn't have meaning to my family...thank goodness, because I would not want to be called Shiloah.

I still think Angelina is great in the fact of adopting children and what she does for other parts of the world, but she is still a homewrecker. Because of that fact, I lost respect for her.

Honestly, I think she adopts babies from other countries to gain MEGA attention. I lost respect for her too after the whold Brad/Jenn/Angelina saga. I honestly think Angelina had something to do with the reason for the divorce. And of course Jenn would file for divorce if she "caught" Brad in the act.

I loved it.....a Brad Pitt movie......With my all time favorite Anthony Hopkins". (spelling) Excellent actor.....thee best..theeeeee best........He is the winner.........Brad looked good but Anthony was the real actor. Superior. Good movie by the way.
