| Need Advice - SO MAD!!! Well over a month ago I placed my second order with a company that I thought was great. The first time I placed an order I got it within a week. This time it's been over a month. I have tried e-mailing this company 5 times at all the different e-mail addresses I had for them. I have used the "contact" button on their site and have not heard anything back at all. I am really angry and sad and I couldn't even sleep well last night because I hate getting cheated out of my hard earned money. It makes me sick. I used my Visa debit card. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | YES ! You can call your bank and dispute the charges. you should be able to get your money back...When you say debit card - I'm hoping you mean Credit Card ? that sucks - do they have any phone numbers you can try to contact them on ? Keep ALL correspondence.. IF I were you - I'd just cancel 1st thing. There's no excuse for no contact at all when they took your money already |

| It's a Visa check card issued by my bank that takes money directly out of my checking account. AKA my bank card. I will call them first thing tomorrow. I just wish there was something I could do to make this company feel like crap.

| Forgot to say thanks. I didn't know if I could just tell the bank that I never got my merchandise and they would believe me. I looked for a number but there isn't one anymore. The first time I placed an order (was about 2 years ago) I remember there being an address and phone number on the site.

| Call your bank Kristy. I had someone make charges on my bank card, and the bank immediately caught it (it was in Mexico while I was also using the card locally at the same time) and they reversed charges right away. It just took a day or two for the money to show back up in my account. Your bank card is covered by FDIC which insures your money. If this company has gone out of business or refuses to ship your product, wouldn't that be the same as fraud??? Sounds like it to me.

| You can dispute the charge, but orders can take 6 - 8 weeks. What did the fine print say on your order about shipping time? Good luck

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | A Debit card is treated just like a Credit Card ...the only way it can be used as a DEBIT card is if your pin number is used at the same time - so it's actually a credit card transaction and you ARE protected. |

| Can you also report the company to the BBB (Better Business Bureau?) I think it puts a mark on them and lets other people know, but only if people research first. James |

| Hi Kristy, Yea sometimes we order things and think great it came so fast, and we order again, and it sure is different. Check your paperwork for shipping time, some things take one week, and some can be up to six. After you check call your bank, and they will fix it for you. If they have been paid, and I bet they have, because you have the Visa Debit Card, the bank will give you back the money, and then they get it back from the company. After you call the bank, I would call or e-mail the company and let them know to cancel the order. Good Luck to You!!!
