Well over a month ago I placed my second order with a company that I thought was great. The first time I placed an order I got it within a week. This time it's been over a month. I have tried e-mailing this company 5 times at all the different e-mail addresses I had for them. I have used the "contact" button on their site and have not heard anything back at all. I am really angry and sad and I couldn't even sleep well last night because I hate getting cheated out of my hard earned money. It makes me sick. I used my Visa debit card. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?
