shopping for the new comforter, wow wish we could go back in time to my oldest being seven, for the both of us those were such fun times with the children growing up. Enjoy each and every day the years fly by far toooooo fast. You did a beautiful job on finger painting. I use to do a lot of painting, but can't seem to find the time anymore. | Donating YT 500 Club Member | I think its very nice! My oldest son turns 2 today (born at 3:17 on 3/17) and hubby wanted to get him big boy stuff for his birthday. Me... Rubber ducky. He Loves Rubber Ducks and will walk around saying Quack Quack Quack - ok - so maybe it' more like ack ack ack. lol ANYWAY... They are young only once. enjoy it! She is old enough to say what she wants and if all it is is a new bedspread.... GREAT. Enjoy her being this age and being girly. I was such a tomboy.

| i think it's a great room for a little girl! i'm jealous! i wish i had something like that when i was 7, instead of having to share a room with my younger brothers. if i had that room, i'd probably keep it the same until i moved outta my parents house. haha. i love the canope for the stuffed animals! |

| I think that room is totally cute for a 7 year old. Now if she was 14 years old, yeah it might be a little kiddish. But no I think its great for a 7 year old.

| It's perfect for a seven year old! Don't redecorate it just yet, I mean, I'm 16 and I'd like that room!!!

I agree!!! I think it looks like a perfect little girls room - which a seven year old is!! My daughter is 11 now and has changed some of her tastes but still secretly likes to play with dolls and stuff!! She will let you know when things are no longer what she wants!! Don't fret - like said above = they grow up fast enough as it is!!!! | |

| She's 7 years old and i bet she still loves her room the way it is, its not babyish at all. I'm guessing she will ask you to redo her bedroom when she's around 10, thats when most of them reach the "i'm grown up now" stage. If you and her are happy with it, why would you change it to please others If she were to be 17 and still loved her prissy room, why would you change it ? Its her room & domain Let her be a kid for as long as possible

| I have a 6 1/2 year old and her room is very similar and I just am grateful for every day that she wants it like that instead of having some crazy rock star in tight pants (OR WORSE) all over her room as that is coming soon enough. I so far let my daughter participate in her room decor and she still picks Disney Princesses...so I will enjoy and cherish the innocence while I can. Bren

| Donating YT 30K Club Member | I think it's very age appropriate. Teens like Hello Kitty! You can do so much with the colors you already have on the walls just bu changing teh bedspread and curtains. My dtr is 20 and every year we change her room!
