| Thanks guys!!! Well guys all of your good thoughts must have worked. I am the newest member of VNA. I start two weeks from today unless my current employer gives me too much crap then it will be sooner. This job means so much to me, almost 400 dollars more a pay and a job doing what I love doing best home health care. My interview went wonderful but I thought they were going to make me wait until tomorrow for the official offer. But when I told them that I had another interview with another company when we were finished they made the offer on the spot. I am sure when I turn in my notice tomorrow that my work life will really be stressful but the new job has already said that if things get too bad to let them know and they can start me early. So I won't be taking any more crap. Thanks again guys for listening and for all of the encouragement. |

| WAY TO GO LORA!!! I just knew you'd get the job and I am so happy that you are getting out of a difficult sitaution. Nurisng can be very stressful, even in the best of situations - when you have a difficult job - the stress can be unbearable! I'm very happy for you!

| Hope you enjoy the new job. I worked Home Health for 10 1/2 years. It's never boring.

| Congratulations on your moving on to better things. I am changing employment after three year of working for Cost Plus World Market. I gave my two weeks and each party was making different offers but I finally opted for they new job. The worse part was the guilt trip of giving my 2 weeks notice . I was a nerve rack. |

| Well I put my notice in my directors mail box yesterday morning. So far no one has said anything at all to me. But then I didnt see her after the first couple of hours yesterday. I am not broadcasting it at work that I am leaving but if someone asks I am telling them. One of the other nurses had applied for the same job and told me congrats yesterday morning and said if she was going to get beat out of a job she was glad that it was me that got it. I am sure once the administrator is told by the director that I am leaving that things will get interesting. I am just waiting for the bomb to drop. God it feels good though. The extra money that I will be making will make things so much easier for us. And the fact that my job will be great will make things easier on us. |
