Well guys all of your good thoughts must have worked. I am the newest member of VNA. I start two weeks from today unless my current employer gives me too much crap then it will be sooner. This job means so much to me, almost 400 dollars more a pay and a job doing what I love doing best home health care. My interview went wonderful but I thought they were going to make me wait until tomorrow for the official offer. But when I told them that I had another interview with another company when we were finished they made the offer on the spot. I am sure when I turn in my notice tomorrow that my work life will really be stressful but the new job has already said that if things get too bad to let them know and they can start me early. So I won't be taking any more crap. Thanks again guys for listening and for all of the encouragement.
