If puppies eat their own poop, why are they so picky with what food they will eat? Aren't they essentially saying, "Mommy/Daddy, I don't want this food, it tastes like s**t!"

Hahahah..... I think you missed a not, as in "Mommy/Daddy, I don't want this food, it DOES NOT tastes like poo!" since they like to eat their own poop.

You never know, maybe Yorkies are just super smart and know there is some kind of nutritional value in poop somehow!
