1 TBL toasted sesame seed oil 1 TBL shredded ginger (optional) 1 C Chinese cooking wine or dry sherry ¼ C hoisin sauce 1 TBSP sugar 2 star anise, (in the spice section of your store) 1 cup chopped stem of bockchoy 1 pork tenderloin Slap the above in a frying pan, simmer for 5 minutes, and throw in pork tenderloin, Cook each side covered for about 7 minutes or until done. Put the pork on a plate, turn up the heat to caramelize the sauce, slice the pork in thin slices, and pour sauce over. Serve with steamed bockchoy, steamed Chinese cabbage, and rice. Whoola easy dinner. | |
