We’re having Pork tenderloin, and yes it’s easy
1 TBL toasted sesame seed oil
1 TBL shredded ginger (optional)
1 C Chinese cooking wine or dry sherry
¼ C hoisin sauce
1 TBSP sugar
2 star anise, (in the spice section of your store)
1 cup chopped stem of bockchoy
1 pork tenderloin
Slap the above in a frying pan, simmer for 5 minutes, and throw in pork tenderloin, Cook each side covered for about 7 minutes or until done. Put the pork on a plate, turn up the heat to caramelize the sauce, slice the pork in thin slices, and pour sauce over. Serve with steamed bockchoy, steamed Chinese cabbage, and rice.
Whoola easy dinner.
