| Cool! Ok so Ive used classmates.com to get in touch with friends from highschool..but the other day I was looking through my photo album and wondered about one of my bridesmaids. Sadly we lost touch shortly after the wedding (almost 10 years ago) well i decided to google her name (for some reason that makes me feel like a stalker though!) But anyway..when I did, a school website popped up. I knew it had to be her because 1. she doesn't have a common last name, and 2. it was close to where we use to live. So i emailed the addy and asked if she use to work at a certain place (where we met) and all......and it was her!!!!!!!!!!! How cool is that! Im so excited to hear all about what she's been up to anyone else ever find a friend that way?

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | That's so cool and I did too ...back when Classmates.com was free I found a friend I went to school with like 20 plus years ago .... We were friends in Rhode Island back then...which is 2000 miles away ...but when we started emailing each other.... it turned out she lived 2 miles from where I worked in TEXAS !! We hooked up often and it's so fun to relive the past and gossip about old friends |

| I too have found several people on classmates.com including my husband which whom we were highschool sweethearts. We had both gotten married and had kids out of HS and he moved to Alabama. Come to find out when I emailed him he was recently divorced as was I and stationed at McCord AFB in Tacoma, WA, 20 min from me. We were just married Dec. 26th '05! The power of classmates is AWSOME!!!

Donating YT 10K Club Member | I was contacted by two friends this way. My high school class has a website that's free, and if you are a member of the class, you can email another. One is a guy I hung out with so so much in school. We've stayed in touch since. The other was literally my first boyfriend, and woo-wee the memory was better than the reality. He is whacked, not psychotic crazy, just goofy whacked more than I remembered. Emails with details I didn't EVEN remember. I generally got the impression this guy had no life after us, I guess. I don't that I'm that inforgettable, or his one great love. I'd read those suckers and think...."gee, bud, did you NOT date ANYONE in the last 25+ years. I just so wanted to smack him. Got so I'd read them, but not reply....then I'd get emails whining about me NOT writing back....now if I get one...I hit delete. I'm hoping he's moved backwards to the little girl in his second grade class that he's still thinking about. Maybe I should state in my HS profile....if you are whacked, please don't email me

| Thats so cool! It's amazing how we can get connected with people we have lost touch with. I have had this happen several times, some on classmates, and more on myspace.com
