| Getting through the past two months Haven't been on Yt for awhile with keeping the grandbabies and boy do they keep me busy. But the last two months have been so very hard and i'm slowly getting back I hope. My dad passed away on April 11th suddenly and that really took alot out of me as we were very close and lived right beside each other. I saw him everyday several times a day. He also loved our sweet Phoebe who we also had to let go on June 5th . She had been sick for awhile and thats also why I haven't been on in awhile. Just wanted to say keep your loved ones close and tell them everyday how much you love them!! These little boys are what keeps me going and I cherish every moment with them!

You have been through so very much. Hope you find each new day somehow easier than the one before. Prayers that you will always sense the love around you--from all those you have loved. Those little boys are precious, and I bet they keep you on the move. You wrote, "keep your loved ones close and tell them everyday how much you love them"---truer words were never spoken. Thank you for the wisdom. Keeping you in my thoughts.

Thank you, Until we had to let Phoebe go I hadn't been up here very often. I have had some really bad days and nights with all of this. Phoebe was my biggest comfort at night and slept right under me and now I no longer have that and that breaks my heart into. I have a granddaughter that I keep as well but not every day, but on the days I do have them all it's go , go , go and it really does help staying busy. Thank you again for the sweet words .

| Raltlesnake scare Still shaking!!! Just had Animal Control remove a rattler from our back yard only six feet from our kitchen slider window. Had to watch him until the guy arrived and keep my brave Yorkie boy quiet and in the house! Need to watch in case they move and he can be caught. Sorry meant to post as new thread! Very sad for you and your losses. Thoughts and prayers to you. Last edited by dottiesyrky; 06-15-2018 at 12:46 PM. |

I can only imagine. Bless you for spotting it, bless you for good eyes and for Animal Control too. You wrote, "Need to keep watch..." Yes!!! Late one night years ago, I "lost" a huge snake inside. Stood on top of my desk, little one in arms, waiting for police. I was the only person in the house that night. Managed to throw enough things at the front door to unlock it. Police found that monster--they determined it wasn't poisonous but kept track of it until a catcher arrived. (I did not get down from the desk until after it had been "bagged.")
