| Opinion please, need ya'lls help Okay I had someone tell me that my website (www.tinkerbellscloset.com) is hard on the eyes because of the black background and that I should change it. Well, I tend to take things to heart so Im a little concerned if this is something other people think as well. I personally love bright vivid colors so I know my website is a little bright but I never considered the black background being too much of a contrast or strain on the eyes. I also like to be a little differnt so I didnt want to go with a white background when I was first designing my website. But now Im thinking maybe there is a reason everyone does white. What do ya'll think? Its a lot of work (ALOT) for me to change it so I really want honest opinons. It is defiently something I want to fix if other people feel the same about this.

Donating YT 14K Club Member | I agree! I love the site! I'm just trying to look at it from someone that may have vision problems or someone that is elderly...that's all.

Well I really love the pink and greens and I think the main problem is the background. Do you think it would help if I did a white background? Problem is (and this is why I havent ever changed my background color) I did all my photos of my items in photoshop and I gave them a black background (which you cant see on my website because it blends in to the website background) so if I make my website background white then I have to redo all my photos unless I want a big black box around every item on my website. So I have about 800 photos on my website and that would take a long time to redo but Im seriously considering if other people think its hard on the eyes. I love the pink so I dont think I can give that up anytime soon But should I eventually try to do white background?

| I don't see anything wrong with the colors you are using. The lettering shows up real well. On some sites they use too bright of colors and it hurts the eyes or kind of blurs and on one I just hate the lettering isn't bold enough so it's impossible to read, but I don't have a problem with yours....

| I personally like your website. I dont see anything wrong with it. If you decide to switch your background to white, i guess is ok to leave the photos as is with the black background. By the way you have great stuff in your site. |

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | I like the black background. And it's not as though you're asking people to read text as long as "War and Peace." For the most part, what little text you have is large enough to read quickly. If I force myself to be picky, the only minor problem I have is the second line looks a little small and tough to read in the green type. "For every $1 you spend get 5% added to your rewards account to use towards your next purchase. (customer must login to receive reward points)." Coming so high on the page, I can see people might think the entire page is going to be difficult to read, when really, everything else is larger type. A point or two larger might help.

| I love your site! I remember thinking how cute and creative it was the first time I went on it. I do see how it could be hard on sensitive eyes, but I really wouldn't change it. It makes your site so uncommon and fun.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Girl - it's a shame it may be hard on some peoples eyes but personally I think it's beautiful with all the colors - IF its that much work to change...why not just keep it the way it is......knowing you - one day you'll decide to change it anyway....so why not wait till that day comes ? |

| I think the black background makes it easier to read , and love the bright colours. I am desperate to order a coat but waiting until Lottie is fully grown. I usually come to USA in the summer so will probably order stuff and get it shipped to my friends house in NJ and get it then. |
