Priscilla Thank you so much for the update on Priscilla. Bless her heart, if the cards and flowers made her smile, that is wonderful news. Hoping our prayers make her better as we sure are thinking of her and wishing her well. How kind of you to visit her, so please give my love to her and her boyfriend Liams, he must also be exhausted and stressed. Prayers for some more good news and hearing of more smiles from Priscilla:) |

I visited Priscilla this morning & sat with her for awhile. She's able to respond to my questions with the movement of her head, & looked me in the eyes most of the time I was there. I told her about all the prayers being said for her & told her when she's better she'll be very busy catching up with YorkieTalk & YorkieTalkers! She was quite restless & the nurse came in & said she needed to stay still. I dug into my old tricks from my many years as a yoga teacher & did a long visualization with her. She responded really nicely & after awhile when she started getting restless again I asked if she'd like to do it again & she nodded "yes". Once again, a great response. (Gosh, why don't hospitals provide this for patients?) Unfortunately the hospital is a 40-50 drive for me or I'd go there daily. I told P I'd say "hi" to all from her. And I promised we'd keep up the prayers, good thoughts...........anything we can do. Thanks all! |

thank you so much for the update. I used to practice yoga quite a bit and those techniques came in handy when I had some MRI's |
Thanks for the update. It is so sad to hear how difficult even communicating can be, my heart goes out to her. It was great that you could help her visualize to ease the stress and frustration. |
I'm glad to hear Priscilla is well enough to communicate with you. That's gotta be tough to not be able to talk with a tube down your throat and to be stuck in a bed. I hope the hospital makes an exception so Uni and company can come visit too every once in a while. Thank you for the update, Annie. :) |

Update Priscilla herself just managed to send me 3 texts asking us to update. I think you have the most current info already. On a funny note. I sent her a pic of Sugar and Curri to make her smile. Liams said she tried to laugh (must have hurt) and she said " f%#in bitches!!" Lol Very encouraging!! |

I as I am sure many of us are so thankful that you ladies (Annie & Lisa) are close enough with her and to her to visit with her and share our love for her. Thank you so much for keeping us updated and for sharing our special thoughts and prayer for both P and her FB. It's good to know that when one of our YT family is in need that we as a community can step up and make them feel Loved and I am glad that I was able to be a part of putting a Smile on her face.
