Yea this woman is special on a whole new level lol you would think since she only has one child so this is her only grandchild she might be a tad different but nope..

This Christmas we discovered Lola can read. We were in Nashville at the home of my husband's sister and her family. The tree was surrounded by about 75 wrapped presents and Lola was sort of interested in them, when all of a sudden she focused in on one of them and before we could stop her she had the present out of from under the tree, in her mouth and had begun to tear it apart. LOL turns out it was the only present out of about 75 with her name on it, it was not even treats but a rubber toy (her favorite type) wrapped in a ton of tissue, then in a box, and then in wrapping paper. So LOL the obviously conclusion was that she could read the gift tag

thanks Gail we did, I am lucky that my sister in law loves dogs, she does a lot of work for Westie rescue but at the moment does not have one of her own so Lola was the center of attention all week, Her sense of smell continues to amaze us, this present/toy was triple wrapped and yet she could tell it contained a rubber toy, if it was a soft toy she would not have cared. I hope you and Dave and the kids had a wonderful Christmas

So strange! I wrote a similar thing about ZoE picking out her own toy from under the tree. It was a squeaky rubber toy too!
