| March 29th, snowstorm 150th Its snowing here, really hard, its a combo of snow and hail, its freezing...its been the longest winter I remember since 1994 and it hasn't stopped yet... it is awful and I am really officially suffering from snow aversion...I purposely put on my flipflops, drove through this crap and got me a box of dark chocolate covered cherry cordials....Annnnndddd I didn't wear a coat...take that Mother Nature...now I'm in bed with a heating blanket wrapped around me...but hell yeah...it felt good to have flip flops on...

| Lynzy, you crack me up. Flip flops! You would fit in well here. Everyone is walking around in shorts and shirts, no matter what the temperature. I cannot believe you have snow again.

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Wow I really feel for you. But I can just picture you running into the store with flip flops and grabbing the box of chocolate. Bawhahahaha you are too funny.

| Flips 'n chocolate sound like an excellent way to deal with the 150th snowstorm to me!

We didn't have it anywhere near as bad as you this winter, but I moved here because winters are supposed to be a lot milder. I'm the only freak still putting on my winter coat. Not taking it off until we hit the 70s.

| It was 95 two days ago out here, and I would gladly trade that for you guys' winter weather! At least in winter I can put on a sweater, a cap, and a couple of pairs of socks. But in Texas summer not much farther you can strip than your underwear, and it still feels hot as hell lol.

| I was going to take the kiddos to the dog park but the wind is blowing at 6 mph and it is 63 degrees. To cold for me. Sorry about the snow and cold. I was born here and it's cold to me. So much for global warming!

| Well the storm is over and the wind has died down...the sun has melted some of it...the streets are bare, but I know have a huge pile at the cape of the driveway. My plow guy came at 5:00am...really blockhead??? On a Sunday? Why weren't you here all winter at 5am???? anyway...I'm praying this was the last storm of this winter. They can't take the iceboom off the lake yet because its still frozen over, so our spring will be delayed regardless of the temps. We won't have NICE weather till the end of May if we are lucky...I'm thinking....

YT Addict | Oh, lynzy, I love it. I too, am also so over winter. How were the chocolates? Good I hope, I gave up candy for Lent, so I still have awhile until I can enjoy candy again.
