Having your favorite song cut off half way through because you had to flip the cassette tape over to hear the rest of it... Only being able to see The Wizard of Oz once a year when it came on tv...

| Do you remember… Dippity Do hair styling gel…my Mom used it for setting her hair Spalding balls…the pink ones sold at the candy store, I still have a few of them Banana seat bicycles with the huge handlebars…looked like an easy rider

| I don't know why, but I've been thinking about the pretty printed toilet tissue. I think it was MD brand. It was printed with little flowers. Or how about Heyday cookies? Those were so yummy. |

| I remember when everybody had real Christmas trees, the trees were brought home tied to the roof of the car. The only fake trees were the occasional metallic trees with the color wheel that turned to shine different colors on the tree. There were hardly any of those in my neighborhood.
