I watch tv shows online, and I found the entire first season of The Paradise on YouTube.

Me too, for 10 years I have been on a website with people from the UK, mostly from London and I just love the people. Loved Doc Martin as well. I will never pronounce Martin, Mart=en again.

I must look for Father Brown, they may have it on Netflix.

Just saw your post about can't wait a week. I will never know how people could have done that for five years with Breaking Bad and all those long commercials. I just can't do it either, by the time you get back to it, it loses it's punch. I watched four plus years of Breaking Bad on Netflix in three days....of course I didn't eat, sleep or much else. Never has anything held my interest so much and never thought when I read what it was about that I would watch one episode. Brilliant writing and characters that came so alive, they felt like family. A couple parts a bit too violent, one with Gus and I almost quit but went on and so glad I did. All the awards it received were well deserved.

Oh, Doc Martin....the nutty humour (especially the policeman!!) and THAT setting....I took my mother to Cornwall in August, and we visited Port Isaac where it is filmed. It's EXACTLY the same - even the people look familiar!! And it has that sleepy, laid-back, other-era quality about it....stunning!

You just had to love him with his sometimes harsh ways, just loved the receptionists and all the quirky characters and the photography is to die for.

How wonderful you and your Mother were able to see and visit Port Isaac, a little bit of heaven and I'm sure even nicer seeing the real thing.

I have lived a long life and don't think I have ever enjoyed anything more than it.

Loved last night's episode. Interesting passion scene btwn Moray and Miss Glendenning. I want to know more about Jonas.

Clara bugs me...she's a bit of a parasite. Not much about her is redeeming, but she's also rather harmless.

There are characters I love to hate.

Wait until you get to Season 2! The first two episodes are great.

Jonas is still a mystery. No matter what he says, who knows what his real story is.

So glad I saw this thread. I've been watching Paradise. Every week I'm afraid its going to be the last one! So happy they are having another season. Love it! Way better than Mr. selfridge.

OMG - last night's episode!!!??? Whoa. I couldn't tell if that was the season finale or not...? Given its content, I'm thinking maybe it was? It was the one where Moray was supposed to get married...but it ended w/ him running to find Denise at the end instead...

That was a GREAT episode and I thought it might be the last episode because they didn't show previews for next week.

I may have to go online to see Season 2 as I can't wait a whole year!!

There was a documentary on Mr. Selfridge that was so interesting! Made me want to travel to England to see the store. Did anyone else see that program?
