I am making a pie from a recipe that was in the newspaper this week, so will be back after awhile. (Oh, and Lisa, you will like this, I am using an ingredient that I have never used before, cream of coconut. I am sure you have, but it is exotic to me. Lol.)

Anyway I am so off track, Question:

I had a hard time finding this in Kentucky. But, finally found it in the Hispanic food section of Krogers. Hopefully, the pie will turn out okay. (It is a refrigerator pie.)

I'm taking it to a farm party today, and that kind of party is a first for me. Guess we are going to see the baby goats and all the crops for the Farmer's market at the party and eat fabulous country cooking.
