I had a hard time finding this in Kentucky. But, finally found it in the Hispanic food section of Krogers. Hopefully, the pie will turn out okay. (It is a refrigerator pie.)
I'm taking it to a farm party today, and that kind of party is a first for me. Guess we are going to see the baby goats and all the crops for the Farmer's market at the party and eat fabulous country cooking.
