| ![]() I got a yorkie calender, a brew station and money from my Mom, diamond earrings from the boys and my most precious present, my hubby got me a past, present, future diamond ring and the most precious letter I have ever recieved in all the years we have been married. He wrote one for each of the boys too. Even my 20 year old son was crying. Our Christmas was supposed to be very small this year. But he said he had always wanted to get me one and was afraid that he was running out of time. Needles to say he put it on my finger and it ain't coming off. Sorry that you had such a crappy Christmas. |

| ![]() I had three houses to open presents at: My boyfriends dads, his moms, and my aunts house(she's more like my mom)I should just say ahead of time, I'm obessed with frogs so I got a lot of frog items. At my aunts house: I got perfume(body by Victoria, My all time favorite!!!!; sweaters, scarves, games (for my boyfriend and I), and a cute little purse. At his dads house: I got a stuffed frog (is really a dog toy but I won't let tigger touch it), chocolates, a small plastic/rubber frog, and lots of other small items. oh just remembered I got a froggie night shirt! At his moms house (his aunt and grandma and grandpa even got me stuff): I got another stuffed frog (not a dog toy) , frog shower curtains, a bunch of jewlery (earrings, a necklace, and a froggie ring.) a Lip gloss kit from his younger sister, Perfume from his aunt, and egg stractor, carribean nightshirt and a silver necklace from his grandma and grandpa, a cook book, and lots of other things. My boyfriend got me Body by Victoria as well. so needless to say I've got enough Perfume for the next year or so (probably longer) Tigger got: a toy from my aunt and a toy from myself, a stocking of peanut butter mailmen and cats, and a sweater. Plus he gets to take home all of our old chihuahua's toys (he's no longer with us) and my brothers beagle doesn't play with them. |

| ![]() My silly daughter talked my sillier husband into getting me an iPod - and I do mean silly and sillier because I NEVER listen to music, only talk radio!!! They said that I could use it in the gym - well, I go to the gym with 2 other women and we talk the whole time!!! Needless to say that expensive little item went back to the store today!!! Next year, I'll make some suggestions. But the thing is that I really already got my Christmas gift - an expensive purse last month - but my silly (I mean sillier) husband thinks that I must have something to unwrap on Christmas morning. I really couldn't care less - but to avoid the iPod disaster, I will definitely have to give them some ideas next year.

| ![]() On a more serious note, as many of you know, I've been a little sick this past year. It has been hard on my husband and daughter. I was just happy to be having Christmas this year and it turned out to be my best. Even before opening any Christmas presents, I had a peace inside that can't be described by words. Well I got lots of presents and everything that I ordered online came in on time, so everything was fine. This seems to be some kind of miracle to me, because I had NO seizures for Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day! I am so happy. I wasn't sure what my husband was getting me for Christmas this year because I didn't want anything but to be healthy. I'm crying while I'm writing this. This past summer after a seizure I was very swollen and got my rings off except my wedding ring. Well my husband gave me a very small package to open. It was an eternity band with 18 diamonds!! OMG I cried to hard. He said ,"Don't ever worry about us not being together, this is to replace your wedding band. It's for eternity. We are for eternity. I will always love you in sickness and in health." I still can't believe it. The ring of course is beautiful, but the meaning behind it was the most beautiful thing!! I am the most blessed woman in the world to have been with my high school sweetheart for almost 20 years now. Michele |
