On my way to work, I was coming up the overpass… what do I see in the corner of my eye!!?? A Doberman mix! On the side of the overpass, looking scared and not moving! How can someone drop off a dog on the overpass? Not only is the dog endanger, now you are causing serious risk to the drivers!! When they pick this dog up, I hope to god he is chipped , they find you and throw your butt in jail!!! People make me sick, sick SICK!

I was interested in this story so I went on the CHP website… looks like this dog has had a run for the money!

Looks like they might catch him so that’s good- I really hope they find his owner and fine them!!

Started at 6:20, when I saw him it was about 7:40ish and he was on the overpass!

Really? That's sad.. It amazes me. The shetler has a drop off where you can just drop them off at night with nobody knowing.. but then you still have sick people leaving them on the side of the road!!

Happens all the time here. The outside dog we have right now was found by DH. She was past starving.
