 People are sick!
On my way to work, I was coming up the overpass… what do I see in the corner of my eye!!?? A Doberman mix! On the side of the overpass, looking scared and not moving! How can someone drop off a dog on the overpass? Not only is the dog endanger, now you are causing serious risk to the drivers!! When they pick this dog up, I hope to god he is chipped , they find you and throw your butt in jail!!! People make me sick, sick SICK!
