OMG Think I'm getting a Migrane!

Well fairly soon after th pain started I knew it wasn't a migraine. I almost always barf when i get migraines. this one had to have been from a pinched nerve. it just took too long to go away. This AM I did start to get some pain back, so I took some more meds, but today is my day off too, so hopefully today will be the last day.

Aww thanks Jeannie. Yes I'm feeling better. Took long enough! 2 1/2 weeks from one night of being taken advantaged of by two little yorkies. Now that Uni has her own Cloud 9 she rarely fights me for space on the bed now.

Really, really glad to hear it! I need another Cloud 9 for Tibbe! I rarely get but the edge of the pillow and he gets all the rest as I hang on by an ear.

He's got the whole bed except for where I sleep but he insists on sleeping right on my pillow and he's big enough to not leave me much head room at all. And, it's mostly his backside right next to my forehead, face or neck! I know that means we're buds and he trusts me that he turns his back to me to sleep but I wish he would choose another way to show it!

Try a warm towel.. take a towel and wet it and heat it up in the microwave as hot as you can stand it. I usually heat it up for 40 sec. Take one excedrine and one bayer asprin. Hope u feel better I know how these headaches are

Thank you so much. This thread was originally from a few weeks ago, so I'm better now. It ended up not being a migraine, but probably a pinched nerve. I don't know, I kinda woulda rather had the migraine. At least those go away in a few days. This was a few weeks. I hope I don't jinks myself and get a migraine now.

Nope! No straining neck muscles lifting bikes. I got the lower back to strain for that! LOL
And I don't ride on drop bars either, so that doesn't strain my neck either.

I really gotta strengthen my core. yeah like that's gonna happen. It's getting strengthened by food!
