Isn't that something, her giggling really disturbed me; I'm more upset about the loss of Travis than she is. I hope they show this to the jury, it really shows how pleased she is with herself and how she's so sure she'll get away with murder.

Holy heck, have you guys been watching? The defense's psych expert is just getting pummeled. I'm surprised he's not literally bruised from the verbal punches. I actually feel sorry for him, though he's earned some of it.

Lol, you are one person that's actually worse than me, :p I refuse to feel sorry for him. In the case where he bartered his services for a dental work he made a judgment against the mom, and for the dentist, without ever interviewing her. I think when he said yesterday that he stopped doing custody cases because “it just didn't pay”, it was a Freudian slip. I think he'll testify for money and or services and yes Juan is beating him up, but he has to work so hard to get a simple yes or no out of these people. Normally, I wouldn’t think it would make any difference and it’s overkill, but after hearing the reasoning of the jurors in the Casey Anthony case, if there was something that wasn’t really clear to them, they just threw it out, so I can see why it’s important to really get your point across.

Are you feeling for Jodi? So far, I’m not feeling a bit bad for her. I really wish she’s just be more truthful, she was pissed off because he made her feel like she wasn’t good enough, and for whatever reason, that enraged her. I could gather some sympathy for her if she did that, but she’s tortured Travis, and now she’s torturing his family, and I can’t sympathize with that.

That so-called expert is a disaster! I imagine the defense is sick over him. So disorganized and such a second-rate professional he'd have come off better if he had just taken the 5th or something unheard of like that for a so-called "expert witness". He lost all credibility that first day.

Just saw the pictures of her picking through the trash and standing on her head, talking to herself and stealing the yellow tablet(or whatever it was she was trying to do with that yellow legal pad putting it under her). That is one weird chick! Can you IMAGINE picking through trash at a Police Station???????? Can you IMAGINE what could be in that trash can ????? I KNOW, right!!??? I'm such a sucker. I feel like such a schmuck feeling bad for that guy, bc he earned every bit of it - but I do, lol! I think part of it is I feel bad that bc it's televised, his career could very well be ruined now and while it's his own dang fault, eesh, that's hard for me to see. It's hard for me to watch him (or anyone) be humiliated like that, even when it's their own fault. It's hard, but I can't help but feel at times for her. There are times when I can't help but wonder 'what if' she is, for once, telling the truth...but the truth can no longer serve her bc she's lied too much...that's when I wonder. But at the end of the day, I think of Occams's Razor which basically says "all things being equal, the simplest explanation is usually the truth". WAY too many things don't add up.

Wasn't that just nutball? And who on earthdom wouldn't KNOW that there is a hidden camera in the INTERROGATION ROOM, hello???!!! That right there makes me think she is in her own reality bc anyone with a few brain cells would assume they're being taped, ya know? And how about her saying to herself "you should've at least put on your makeup, Jody, geez" - I mean, what???!!

Anybody on the planet except under age 6 knows they are constantly taped in the interrogation room at the police station and likely under pretty close scrutiny elsewhere out on the street, etc., if they are a person of interest. And to talk OUT LOUD about your make-up and sing and to sit on legal pads from the facility while looking so sneaky and do all the other inexplicable things she did - I'm wondering if at that time she was angling for diminished capacity or something - anything to make her look weird and stressed and out of it. But who can tel what ever does on with her? I guess there really is no way to try to understand how the strange mind of Arias works, though.

Good point...maybe she did all that on purpose! I mean, we can't put anything past this woman at this point, she is so geared toward manipulating the truth at all times.

I wonder how much the jury knows - are they getting to see any of the tapes of her standing on her head or getting ready for her mug shot? I read somewhere that the jury was not told about her slashing Travis's tires or sneaking into his house thru the doggie door...?

And this chick seems to revel in it! Remember when Martinez was questioning her about some things quite sexual, and she just dimpled up and smiled, got all animated - tossed her hair, cut her eyes and actually got flirty!?!?!?! And the way she says this guy Alexander talked to and referred to her --------------------OOOHHHNOYOUDON'T!!!!! To even have a man ever once talk to me like that - let alone stay around and take it - and then sit there and look proud and haughty in court while all of that is being reported - is beyond anything I would ever take even once. No thank you! I would have walked - or, better yet, sent him walking - the very first second he ever said ONE of those things to me - and she just stayed and stayed.

I heard one of Travis Alexander's friends say last night that one year Arias showed up at his house unannounced, apparently during a Christmas party he was having(I tuned in as the story was half-told so not all that sure what the occasion was), adding that Travis was really rude to her for doing that - telling her there wasn't room for her - and the Arias chick winds up sleeping under his Christmas tree that night!!! This Arias woman had no shame whatsoever. She had no pride and was apparently okay with being treated like a doormat, if even 1/4 of what she and others say about their relationship is true.

Enough with the jury questions. If they couldn't deduce all they needed to know from that "doctor" and his testimony, there is no hope for this jury. And from those questions I've heard, I can't tell the guy's answers are revealing anything more than the guy's previous responses. Seems a waste of time now.

Me too!! Enough already! I DO hope and pray that our justice system works and that she is found guilty. After Casey Anthony I'm afraid to trust in a jury though! In the meantime, I want to press the fast forward button! I have reached my legal limit of court tv drama!

I had all but forgotten about this case - I don't watch much TV and what we do watch is usually Netflix movies... so I started the beginning of this thread and skipped on over to the last page hoping to read about her conviction... not done with the trial yet?!? Wow this is a ridiculously long trial!

I have never ever head of any before brash enough to slaughter somebody so horribly and so brutally that their own act of savagery on the other person gave them - the killer - PTSD. That takes some - excuse me - BALLS!!!!! Or, ovaries, in this case! Geez!

Arias: "Excuse me, Arizona, but killing a citizen of your state just upset me so badly that I am not a psychological mess and must deal with this messy old PTSD and because of that - I just can't get on the stand and tell the truth, much as I would just love to do it! You have to understand how traumatized and upsetting the killing was. Just drained me and my memory. I'm a mess since then. Oh, and while I am at it, here is the bill for my defense, Arizona taxpayers. Haven't been able to hold down a job since the killing from my self-inflicted PTSD."
