Oh, ugh, I heard that there are more jury questions? Don't you think those jury questions for the most part sound pretty mocking in nature? And not much at all about the abuse she supposedly endured. I thought there would be more about how we could know she was ever abused. I think the most of those jurors are highly offended by her obvious lying right to their faces day after day as she sits on that stand. Thank goodness there is going to be a break in the trial until Wednesday! I'm sick of seeing her but want to find out how things are going.
Yes, and if Jodi was innocent wouldn't she be doing everything to recover the gun? she could prove it was Travis' gun and this would mean it WASN’T premeditated. I mean you can hire hypnotist to help you remember. Or how about taking a lie detector test, that might jog her memory!

I'm sure some of the jurors feel as sure as we do, but hopefully instead of mocking or bullying the holdouts, I hope they educate them to the best of their ability and explain what "beyond a reasonable doubt is." I'm just afraid the holdouts will be more steadfast in their beliefs than the jurors with a brain. This wasn't manslaughter.

You'd think she'd want to see if it had Travis' fingerprints or possibly even some type of DNA on the gun to try to bolster her argument if she were telling the truth. I wonder where she did put the weapons and her bloody clothes and things? She was over 24 hours late the Wiki story says so she had ample time to drive around and toss each into lakes or wells, etc. And, conveniently, with her front license plate missing and the back one upside down, in a rented non-red car, cell phone off, a trunk full of 3 full gas cans for fuel, no purchases made anywhere during that time so that she's totally off the grid - she dumps the weapons. And, to top everything, this woman who remembers even disgusting details about so much, can't recall a thing. Bosh! She's a cold-blooded, deadly killer who planned this, carried it out, covered up what she did as long as she could and isn't even sorry that she killed a man because he no longer wanted her creepy self. I'm sure hoping there are no Jodi believers on that jury.

Did you notice the defense lady's face when Martinez started again. She looked stunned and terrrified!
I sure hope this doesn't end up like Anthony case.. that just killed me thinking about that poor baby and that "thing" called a mom.

Jodi claims that Travis’ last words, were "I’m going to kill you bitch", I hope the jury take that to heart and gives Travis his final wish.

Watching this trial is so frustrating and infuriating. I'm glad the prosecutor has a few day to fine tune any loose ends for his next opportunity to question Jodi.

I don't believe any of her gun story. None of it at all, all of it is a complete fabrication.....Does it even make any sense that Travis would get shot in the face, yet he is so focused on attacking her, he completely disregards his catastrophic injury and continues to attack her. I think any person who is shot would immediately focus their concern to their own injury....I would think he would grab his face and possibly yell something to the effect of, "What did you do?" and then try and help himself.

When she was being interviewed by the detective after the murder didnt Jodi make a statement that if she killed Travis she would beg for the death penalty?

Yes she did! That's the clip that started the trial with the Prosecutor. I hope the jury gives her what she asked for.
She lived in Medford, OR for awhile. That's near where I'm moving. I'd be terrified to see her free and dating again... Especially since my son seems to pick women that "need" him... :eek:

OMG!!! I hope she never walks the street again. She is on the stand smiling and grinning like she is reciting a nursery rhyme or something. And she is there because she butchered that poor guy. I would be afraid for anyone who comes in contact with her.

Someone made a video with a timeline. He wanted to try and convince Bryan Carr that Jodi was lying and it couldn't happen the way she says it does. He then shows us how according to pictures and blood spatters how he thinks it happened. The DA should use it!

I think that's where the blood in the sink came from, he was shot in the head/face and went to look, stood over the sink dripping blood, dazed, in shock and she started to stab him - maybe she grabbed him and said "Oh, honey, what have I done?" and crying, grabbed and turned him toward her as if to hug him contritely and that's when she stabbed him in the heart - a severe wound to a major cardiac vessel - and he was essentially totally disabled, BP plummeting, gushing blood internally and dying, probably only able to put his hands out for those defensive wounds, fall and start to crawl and that's when he probably did groan out "I can't feel my legs!"(she testified early on after her arrest he said that, supposedly when the non-existent ninja couple were there) as he tried to crawl out of that hellhole. That's when she got him all over his back side with the knife and finally, when he was down, administered the final throat slitting. In that one postmortem photo in the shower, you can see how big his belly was after death, from PM bloating but also full of blood from that cardiac vessel wound.

I've been watching this trial whenever I can and also watch Nancy Grace and Dr. Drew in the evenings. I hope she gets the death penalty. I can't see wasting taxpayers money to keep her alive in a prison for many years. Anyone who can butcher another living person does not deserve to live. Amazing the lies she has told and continues to tell. That "fog" thing is sure convenient, huh? Anyway, my daughter sent me a video today that made me laugh and laugh, and I wanted to share it with you!
