| ![]() Girl you can do it...i am already proud that you have gone that long...just try to surrender yourself and let the urge go. I know you can do it!!!!!!!!! I have never been a smoker but everyone else in my family does. When I was little I asked my grandpa and grandma to stop smoking and that was enough for them they quit, but unfortunatly it had already gottn to my grandma....she got enfazema and I watched her live with it for so long and then pass away from it as well. Smoking is so bad. Sorry for the sad thought but hopfully this story will save someone...good luck!
